TERMS:

Standard Payment terms are 1% 20, Net 30.

*Payments received 20-30 days after invoice date are to be of face amount.

*Payments received 30-60 days after invoice date require a 1% late charge.

*Payments received later than 60 days require and additional late charge of 1% per month.

DELIVERY:

Orders for standard cages, racks, and other equipment generally require 90 days to manufacture. Custom design work and manufacturing will require 90 - 120 working days from approval of submittal drawings.

CANCELLATIONS:

BREC, Inc. considers a valid Purchase Order as a binding contract. Changes to a Purchase Order must have approval of both the customer and BREC. In the event a customer must cancel a Purchase Order in whole or part, cancellation charges amounting to 15% of the unshipped amount will be invoiced to cover the materials inventory. If the order is cancelled less than 60 days from the date of delivery, an accrued production expense of 1.2 will be charged to the customer in addition to the 15% cancellation charge.

RETURNS:

No merchandise may be returned without authority from BREC. Return shipping and handling charges will be determined at the time of authorization, previous to the return.

TAXES:

All Federal, State, and Municipal Taxes applicable will be the responsibility of the purchaser for all shipment other than the State of Texas and the State of California.
